As for time and cost estimates, there's not much in the Complete Mafia books, but there's probably something in one of the myriad d20 Modern supplement books. Somewhere here, I posted the link to buy the book with the Wealth/$s conversions.

Wow! All of that sounds fantastic! I don't think I'll be needing weapons installed but that can always come later... Anyways. Maybe a silvery-blue? Faster is always better. Especially with this job. *Winks at Knuckles.* We can talk prices later. Money is not a factor here. I could just buy a new car but Tommy gave me this one. You know. Sentimental attachment and all that. *shrugs* I just can't give it up.
