Dude, I feel the same way about hockey, but the NHL series for Sega Genesis was the shit! Every time I hear that cheesy electronic ref's whistle I'm immediately whisked back to a simpler time, back when a wild night out was sitting in my friend's basement scoring cheap "wrap-around" goals amped on Mountain Dew.

I love hockey in all forms (Wings can take the cup tonight!!) but I loved the Genisis series. Especially the first one, where you could knock people on the ground and there would be a pool of blood on the ice around there head.

I miss the big vibrating metal football game with the tiny plastic pieces. That would make an awesome video game.
