I'll start...
1) Pay for a Mass for a dead friend or relative. Cost varies. $25 gets you a Wednesday morning mass well attended by nuns and little old ladies with blue hair. Christmas or Easter Masses will run you a pretty penny.
2) Donate to a food pantry or thrift shop, especially one run by the Church. I'm thinking minimum 1 case of canned goods or a garbage bag equivalent of not-too-old clothes.
