Well, it's sorted by yield, the percentage of people who are accepted and actually go there.
Basically, it means that the people who apply to the military academies really want to go there!
(My college isn't on the list either!)

But its a liberal arts college. You'd think the US Military would be classified as something other than liberal arts.

Yeah, I'd classify several of the others as not-Liberal Arts colleges too. Makes you wonder what the selection criteria were.
