*Alexi throws Harold accross the office with him crashing through the door and sliding 10 yards before he stops, Harold lays on the floor heavily breathing,*

*Alexi walks over to the doors and closes them gently*

Alexi= You know his hearing is amazing...excuse me...mine uh sorry for the throwing and the anger...my temper...sometimes takes control.

*meanwhile at St. Bazils Lissa is the only one that is in stable condition as the doctors cleaned her wounds and stiched her neck and placed medical gause and tape to hold everthing in place*

*One of the Doctors walks to see Lissa awake*

Dr.1= Ms.Conner i see your awake, you were out for a good 5 hours, everything turned well with your sugery. And no worries about your neck the stitched shouldnt leave any noticable scaring but please take these antibiotics and use this cream on it before you go to bed.

*looking around Lissa notices that the room she is in is not quite done yet and that indeed this new wing of the hospital is under construction but it would seem the section there in is mostly done...just waiting for the rest to catch up*

Dr.1= You will be able to leave today at some point once i run some more tests on you, and as for...

*before the Doctor speaks Lissa hears Tommy screaming to the top of his lungs and also hears things being knocked over. Over the noice it can be seen that 3 men are running over towards Tommy, it would look to be some of Alexi's usualy enforcers that you would see by The Chamber*

*The other Doctor yells to the Doctor talking to Lissa*

Dr.2= Of F%#@!!! Doctor i could use a hand in here, he woke up in the middle of the surgery, bring the med bag over i need to put him out before he goes into shock!

*Tommy can be somewhat seen through the blue frosted glass separators across the hall wailing back and forth as you see one of the enforcers is throw across the room*

"TOMMY!! Oh my God is he okay?!" Lissa gets up and runs over to the glass.

"TOMMY!! STOP!! YOU'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF SURGERY!!" she yells, hoping he can hear her through the glass, "YOU'RE GOING TO HURT YOURSELF!!!"

She turns around towards the doctor, "You idiot! Hurry up and do something!!"

* The Doctors rush over to Tommy and stick 2 needles in him and Tommy quickly passes out. The first doctor walks over to Lissa and puts his hand on her sholder*

Dr1= Ms.Conner i think you might wanna sit down. Your friend Tommy will be fine...assuming he doesnt wake up again. We did put enough into him to put down a horse.

*the second doctor walks over and sits down near Lissa's bed and shakes his head*

Dr.1= Lissa...your friend Andrei..he didnt make it. He had a slug from a .38 go through his spine shattering his lower back and the bone fragments created a cone shaped discharge into his lower organs. He bleed to death inside and out. He was dead before he even came here, we sewed up his wounds and cleaned him up. If you wanna see him you can.

"Andrei...no...it was so crazy out there I don't even remember him getting shot..." she mumbles to herself, "Alexi isn't going to be happy...oh no...he's not going to be happy at all...."

Lissa pulls out her cell phone and texts evaryone: "I'm fine. Tommy should be ok after surgery. Andrei's dead. Harold can tell Alexi."

She looks through the glass at Tommy, "when's he going to be out of surgery?"

Dr1=Well hell be out in 4 hours, but hell have to be confined to a bed for at least a week to 2 weeks. The Bullet went inbetween his body armor, it was a hollow point bullet were going to be pulling out bullet fragments for at least an hour and sewing up his lungs and stomach.

Dr2= We cant keep him here...im sorry were only able to patch you guys up. If were to keep people here it would be bad for everyone is any one found out.

* Meanwhile in the office Anna and Angie get a txt from Lissa, and Harold stands up and walks over to Alexi*

Harold= Sir...i take full responsibility for this ...every bit of it. And i think you should be the one to know that Andrei is dead.

Alexi= Well Harold...then that is blood you have on your hands, and if this comes to bite us back. I expect youll do whats right.

Alexi= Ladys...please leave us...Harold and I must talk.

*several hours go by and Tommy is out of surgery and slowly wakes up on the bed*

Lissa sees Tommy wake up and goes into his room. She grabs a chair, if there isn't one she'll sit on the bed as gently as she can, "Hey...how're you feeling?

Tommy= Me....oh..i feel just dandy....

*looks around and gets out of bed and slowly and painfully and hits down next to Lissa and puts his arm around her*

Tommy= You had me scared there ....wheres Anna?

*Tommy looks to get his clothes on and the doctors give him a fresh new pair of clothing*

*Tommy puts on a pair of blue jeans and a black t-shirt, and puts on a pair of sneakers and combs his hair*

Tommy= lets go home...shit...we have no car

*in the back a voice echos*

Carmine= I leave for a few weeks and you get all banged up on me ...hahaha your not allowed to die on me Tommy...thats against the rules...if your cool in Carmines book then you dont die....hahah

Carmine= Come on cowboy..lets get you and the misses home *Carmine winks at both of them*

*Tommy grins and laughs it off*

"I had YOU scared?" Lissa stands up, "You had ME scared! God dangit Tommy! You almost friggen DIED! Then you went and woke up during surgery and freaked out all over the place while they were in the middle of removing friggen bullet fragments and thrashed all over the place!!"

"Oh! Hey, Carmine! How's Sasha doing?" she smiles at his comment, only slightly embarrassed.

*Grabs Angelita and leaves the office. Looks back at Harold and mouths "bye" with a sympathetic glance. After we get out looks over at Angelita.* Yikes... I wonder if we'll see Harold again... Man Alexi's angry!
